Lens For Canon Rebel

John asks…How to safely remove a jammed adapter ring?I have a Canon Rebel XTI with the EF-S 18-55 mm lens it came with. Late last year, I purchased a wide angle/fish eye lens with an adapter ring to go on the lens that the camera came with, but after using it a few times, the lens adapter became jammed onto the 18-55 mm lens and I cannot remove it. Any suggestions to carefully remove the adapter ring as to not harm the lens? I really don't want to splurge $115 ( at the cheapest ) for a new
