Lens For Canon T1i

Linda asks…Looking for a very good quality camera for photography?i was looking to upgrade my camera since i'm really getting to like photography, at first i had a regular Coolpix digital cam then i moved on to a Nikon Coolpix l120 which isn't all that great . i'm looking for something that has clarity and can take really nice magazine looking pictures without being to complicated & something with an awesome lens , any suggestions???
