Canon Eos 1100d

Lizzie asks…What is your astrophotography set up?I'm currently trying to get a nice astrophotography set up since I can already take nice star photos with just my camera. Other than just an equatorial clock tripod, what kinds of telescopes are best and how would you fit a Canon EOS 1100D camera over the lens? I know about the parts that telescope stores sell to hold the camera over the lens, but it's just too big... I've done a lot of searching around of astrophotography pieces, but I guess
