Canon Eos 1100d

Ruth asks…nikon d3100 or canon eos 1100d?i'm considering getting an entry level dslr to kinda get my foot in the ladder and allow myself to work my way up if necessary in the future. i'm mainly interested in taking photos, of animals, landscapes, portraits etc... and i may be going to see the northern lights later this year and so want one that can cope with night time shooting :) thanks!mr.eos answers:Nikon D 3100 great night time pictures.
