Sigma Lens For Canon Camera

Betty asks…what lens can i use on my canon 10d camera?I recently picked up a canon 10d camera my first dslr!! It came with two lens and they have a metal ring for an adaption which is fine but I would like to know what lens I can use out there. and is there an adapter that will keep the af feature?
