Canon Eos 60d Dslr

Ken asks…Need some advice choosing a Dslr...?I'm buying my sister a Dslr for her birthday and trying to figure out what to get. She's been using a digital camera for a while now and a lot of her pictures are actually pretty good so I figure I should get her a better camera. I've been trying to decide what to get her, the canon eos 60d looks nice but I don't know which lenses etc she'd need (I don't want to go out and ask her because it has to be a surprise), it's in the right price range too.
