Nikon Lens For Canon Camera

Chris asks…What is the best digital camera on the market for image quality?Hi! I'll be studying for a semester in Ireland and want a good camera to take with me. All the cameras I've had so far have had crappy picture quality, especially in low light. I purchased the Sony Cybershot H70 yesterday expecting it to be better, but it just feels the same.
