Lens For Canon T1i

Sandra asks…Which would be a better choice for a film camera?I already own a Diana F+ but I was wondering if I would be better off using my money to get a film camera in the Canon Rebel series, because I already own a Canon Rebel T1i DSLR. I'm more of a Canon person than Nikon also and I heard if you already own a Canon Rebel you don't need to buy anymore lenses if you get a Canon Rebel that uses film because they can hold the same lenses, which would be convient.
