Sigma Lens For Canon Slr Camera

Chris asks…Early 90's Sigma Lens on a Modern DSLR?My dad showed me his old Sigma 25-300mm F 4.5~5.6 APO AF lens from his wet film SLR camera and I was wondering if this bad boy could go on a modern DSLR. It's a rather nice lens and he wouldn't want to upgrade if this wasn't compatible because he wants to save money.
