Joseph asks…Do lenses for the Canon 5d mk1 work out more expensive than similar quality for 1.6 crop?I am thinking of buying a used Canon 5D mk1 full frame camera, but am yet to see a kit lens advertised anywhere ( similar to the 18-55mm) which would give good images for a low price.
I've looked at a lot of reviews but the only budget lens seems to be the Canon EF 28-105mm f/3.5-4.5 USM, which is cheap, but then the image quality does not seem to be very good judging by photos I've seen from
