Sharon asks…Asking permission to take photographs of strangers?This summer I am going to Costa Rica for a month. I just got a new lens for my Canon EOS 30D and really want to take pictures of people from there.
Is it illegal to take pictures of strangers without permission?
Would it be rude not to ask permission from these strangers?
If so, how could I ask them to photograph them in a kind way?mr.eos answers:This is always a sticky topic. Anyone can sue anyone for anything now a days.
