Lens For Canon T4i

Chris asks…Should I get the Canon T4i with the kit or buy the camera body and get a separate lense?I am getting into photography and I like filiming. I chose the T4i over the T3i because of the auto focus. Its just easier. Its worth the money in my opinion. When i was at best buy looking at the camera they had the T4i with the kit lense on it. It was nice but some backround details were a little fuzzy and buggy. Should i get the kit or should I get the T4i body and a seperate lense?? If so...
