Best Lens For Canon Dslr Camera

Joseph asks…Can anyone suggest a camera for someone new to photography?Hi guys,
I've loved photography all my life, and took it up last year. I've currently got a Samsung digital camera (£100, not so good...) which isn't very good at all. I know the basics of photography, and I was wondering if anyone could suggest a worth the money, DSLR camera which would be good for a begginer?
