and a Centon 500mm Mirror lens. In order of preference witch is the best.

If it's a canon EOS DSLR or recent film Canon EOS SLR then forget the Sigma 400mm. It may not allow you to stop down the aperture, it may not focus or it may jam the camera (err99 or BC fault) altoghter.
