Paul asks…What makes two lenses with the same credentials different.?For shooting on a 5d mark ii I am looking for a fast canon 50mm that will deliver some sharp and rich photos. However I don't get what determines quality in a lens. Say, I am looking at two lenses both 50mm f/1.4 Prime lens. one is more expensive than the other why?mr.eos answers:They don;t both have the same "credentials" as you call them obviously.
